Here is a touchy subject because their are so many opinions and here is ours. Finding the perfect gift for your best man and groomsmen is a time consuming task. We can cut that with the large selection of groomsmen gifts we offer.

One thing you must remember, this is a gift for thanking your guys for standing up for you on one of the biggest days of your life. So just like your bride to be you have to be ahead of the plan and order early. Having an idea of what to get is a plus, if not search and you shall find. Once you find something, what do you put on the gift?

One thing I tell our clients is that this is not a wedding favor, so try not to put to much on the item. Things like a wedding date on a gift is a tough one to swallow for a guy. This maybe the reason we see so many of these gifts in the garage sale later on down the road. We try to tell the groom Monogram or Name is enough on the item and the recipient will use it much more. How many guys would break out the mug with the wedding date on it as opposed to the one with just his name or initials on it. So guys keep it simple and share this advice with your bride so she doesn't go off on you for keeping the date off your wedding party gifts.

Grooms on your wedding day things can and will be very chaotic. Vendor's are working setting up and people are moving in different directions, you are taking what seems like a million pictures. Yet everyone seems pretty calm, because they have done this a thousand times. You on the other hand are going to through this for your first time. So get your best man and have a little game plan and pack your Groom's survival kit to take you through the wedding day and be prepared when Murphy's Law strikes.
Let's start with the necessities.
Aspirin
- you may need this from the bachelor party you had the night before or a a good rehearsal dinner.
Tums - pretty much for the same reason as above plus the nerves may be kicking in.
Bandages - Cuts do happen and there is never one around when you need it.
Vitamin Pack - Good Start to the day.
Energy Drink - although this can come in handy, it may make you tired later in the day or evening. So think before you drink.
Stain Remover Pen - good to have because you never know. We don't carry bibs with us.
Extra Pair of Socks - You are going to start early with pictures and standing around waiting a lot. So after the ceremony it may be a good idea to change socks, so your feet feel refreshed and you be ready to party at the reception.
Safety Pin - Just in case something malfunctions. It will come in handy and well as your Macgyver skills.
Flask - Don't hit it to much but a little swig to calm the nerves could help.
Snacks - You'll be busy all day you might want to get something in your belly.
Needle and thread - if it splits or tears you will be prepared.
Deodorant, Cologne - Never let them see you sweat.
Toothbrush. Floss, Mouthwash - don't want to walk around and kiss and greet folks with bad breath.
Nail clippers, Mirror, Lint brush - you never know.

The question about when is the best time to give your groomsmen gifts out? comes up often at GroomsOnline Gifts.

We think the best time for the giving the gifts out to the wedding party is at the rehearsal dinner. The dinner is very casual usually and the gifts go home that night with out the worry of having them during the reception. The reception day is very hectic and usually the bride and groom are busy going through the pictures, ceremony and reception formalities.

Although there are groomsmen and best man gifts that are given out that can be used during the reception. A couple of gifts that comes to mind is the Personalized Flasks, Personalized Cuff Links or Personalized money clips are just a few.

So give yourself enough to select the best groomsmen gifts for your wedding party, usually 2-3 weeks before the time you give them out.
